Tim is a retired drafting instructor, and he also owned Canoe City Appliance Center in Bradley prior to his most recent retirement.  He owns several apartment buildings.  Tim and his wife, Joan, reside in Old Town, and they enjoy vacationing using their timeshare and taking cruise vacations.

Secretary Linda Connelly has served on the HR Condominium Board since 2008 and as our Secretary for five years.

Linda is a retired medical Information Technologist.  As an avid life-long learner with a passion for helping non-traditional students, she has been a Literacy Volunteer since 1999.

She and her husband, Dennis, purchased their first timeshare property at Harbor Ridge in 1999, and they consider Southwest Harbor their “second home.” They also own timeshare in Ireland, Cape Cod, and to increase options for their traveling opportunities, they also own points with Diamond Resorts.  Their vacation ownerships, coupled with their Interval International membership, have opened up incredible travel opportunities at reasonable costs.

With multiple timeshare ownerships and travel experiences gathered, she vows to continue working hard to ensure that Harbor Ridge remains a premier vacation destination.

Treasurer Janet Franz has been a Week 16 owner at Harbor Ridge since September 1992 and she also owns Week 20-Even.  Her family enjoys their timeshare each year at Harbor Ridge, along with some exchanging and cruising.  She has served on the Harbor Ridge Board of Directors since 2003.

Jan earned her Associate Degree in Business Management from the University of Maine, and then received her Bachelor’s Degree from Husson College.  Jan is an accountant for the Penobscot Valley Federal Credit Union, and she assists with her husband’s property maintenance business.  Jan has served as the financial secretary for the Redeemer Lutheran Church, and she has done volunteer income taxes through the VITA program.

Jan resides in Bangor with her husband, Ken.  They have three children and two grandchildren.

Dianne Lytle has served on the HR Condominium Board since 2008.  She bought her timeshare during construction. She has used it several times at the resort and trades it frequently through the Interval International exchange system to travel to many parts of the world. Maintaining premier status with Interval is a top priority for her, while preserving our excellent trading options.  Dianne summers on Mount Desert Island and now resides in South Carolina. She brings to the Board knowledge of local issues and laws, as well as information for guests about restaurants, recreational activities, and opportunities in Acadia National Park.  Prior to retirement, Dianne was a registered nurse at the Mount Desert Island Hospital.

Jerry Williams has served on the Harbor Ridge Condominium Association Board of Directors for 11 years.

Jerry has enjoyed serving on the Board.  He believes the knowledge he has gained, as a member of the HR Board and his seven years on the Rangeley Lake Resort Board, helps Harbor Ridge Resort maintain its Premiere status through Interval International. Jerry resides in Livermore, Maine, and he has owned Unit 52 for Weeks 36 and 46 since 1996.  While vacationing at Harbor Ridge, he enjoys visiting with owners and guests.  He has also owned at other timeshares in the United States, and he enjoys traveling to resorts throughout the United States and internationally.  Jerry is always seeking to bring comments and suggestions from his interactions with our guests to the board.
