We hope this finds you and your family well.  You’ve probably been wondering what is happening at Harbor Ridge, specifically regarding COVID-19 and its impact on your pending vacation.  Please know yours and our safety and well-being are of the utmost importance to us.  As this virus continues around the country and our world, we are following State Executive Orders, Maine CDC Guidelines, and federal CDC recommendations to help prevent the spread of the virus.

In State Owners have been allowed to come to Harbor Ridge for their week of ownership since June 1, 2020.  We ask that you let us know whether or not you will be arriving!  We have been preparing for your arrival, as we follow the recommendations of the CDC and the government.  It has been an overwhelming year, and we ask for your patience as we put new protocols in place. 

Please review the Keep Maine Healthy plan, which aims to protect the health of Maine people and visitors while allowing the opportunity for people to visit Maine and support Maine small businesses.  All non-exempted guests to any Maine commercial lodging establishment, campground, seasonal rental, or short-term rental are required to complete a Certificate of Compliance prior to their stay.  Harbor Ridge guests must present this completed form at check-in.  Maine has mandated wearing a cloth face covering (PDF) in indoor and some outdoor public settings.   As COVID-19 is ever changing in our nation, please understand that at any moment, the travel restrictions may change multiple times throughout the upcoming months.  Keep informed by viewing the Keep Maine Healthy website. 

Beginning May 1, 2021, Maine’s COVID-19 travel policy will automatically exempt all states, unless otherwise determined by the Maine CDC. If one or more states experiences a spike in cases of highly contagious COVID-19 variants, the Maine CDC will apply its test or quarantine requirements to travelers to and from that state.

As you arrive, one member of the family may check-in with the Front Desk.  We will provide you a welcome packet, and it will provide your unit number, internet access, restaurant information, and emergency numbers.

The Clubhouse amenities are available by reservation for 45 minutes at the top of each hour.   Staff will be available by calling the Front Desk from your townhouse or stopping by the Front Desk.  The outside amenities may be used at your own risk.

We have amped up our sanitizing of your unit, and all used linens (including sheets, spreads, blankets, pillow protectors, mattress pads, towels, and shower curtains) will be completely replaced each week.  The diaries have been removed, and the unit book can be viewed on our website.

Unfortunately, it is recommended that we not host our breakfast, our wine and cheese social hour, and our S’mores activity.  You are welcome to use the fire pit at your leisure within our posted guidelines.

We are all in this together!  Wash your hands, practice physical distancing, and stay healthy!!!   We love our owners, and we appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and patience during these crazy times!  We look forward to seeing you all again safely and soon.
